Guest Onboarding Forms Beta Access Now Available

We’re excited to announce that the beta version of our Guest Info section of the Team Dashboard is now online - this allows you to view completed Guest Onboarding Forms using the individual guest’s email and Booking Reference Number (please note, this is the “smaller” number in the Bokun sales feed).

You can access the beta Guest Info feature by visiting the Team Dashboard and clicking on Guest Info or clicking the “Guest Onboarding Forms” link in the Chrome bookmarks bar when logged in with your company Google or Shop Shift account.

This is a beta version, which means we’re still working out a few bugs, so please bear with us and, if you find any issues, please take a screenshot and send an IT Support Request.
